Ben will be discussing ways we can leverage agricultural waste to provide shelter and leverage shelter to provide food security.

Clifford Benjamin Herring is a Designer specializing in new materials and architectures for public good. Clifford was admitted to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society at Ball State University where he received degrees in Architecture and Economics. He has previously served as a board member for PBS and NPR member stations in Southern Indiana. He presently serves on the board of the Refresh Collective (formerly known as the Fresh Camp) and as a workshop advisor for MOOS (Make Our Own Spaces). His built work spans 19 states in the U.S.A. and the Andalucía region of Southern Spain. Ben has spoken at Ball State University on various topics including “Can Love Lie? Truth as a Structure for Empathy.”
